TUNA CEVICHE WITH CUCUMBERS, ORANGES, AND AVOCADOS CEVICHE DE ATÚN CON PEPINO, NARANJA, Y AGUACATE

Ingredients
Tuna, ½-inch cubed ¼ lb.
Salt as needed
Lime juice ¼ cup
Oranges, cut into supremes, reserve any juices and mix with lime juice 2 ea.
Cucumber, peeled, seeds removed, diced 1 ea.
White onion, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Chile serrano, chopped 1 ea.
Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tbsp.
Salt as needed
Avocado, sliced ½ ea.
Cilantro, chiffonade 2 Tbsp.
Tortilla chips 1 cup
Garnish
Directions
Place the cubed fish in a glass bowl, sprinkle with salt, and cover with lime and orange juice, and marinate for 3 minutes.
Add the cucumber, onion, chile, orange supremes, olive oil, and season with salt; mix well, serve in cold glass bowls, decorate with avocado slices and cilantro, serve with tortilla chips as accompaniment.
