Ingredients
Gochujang chili paste ½ cup
Sesame oil 4 tsp.
Sesame seeds 8 tsp.
Rice vinegar 8 tsp.
Agave nectar 2 Tbsp.
Soy Sauce, low sodium 4 Tbsp.
Water ½ cup
Soba noodles, cooked 2 lb.
Romaine heads, slice in ¼” strips 8 ea.
Red radishes, sliced thin 16 ea.
Baby carrots, roasted 48 ea.
Green onions, sliced thin 4 bu.
Furikake 4 Tbsp.
Sesame-Gochujang
Salad
Directions
For the Sesame: Gochujang: Combine everything and mix well.
For the Salad: Toss the soba noodles and romaine with the sesame-Gochujang sauce.
To assemble the dish, arrange the soba noodles and romaine that have been tossed with the Sesame-Gochujang dressing on a platter.
Garnish the salad with sliced radishes, roasted carrots, green onions and furikake.
