Ingredients
2 tablespoons minced basil
2 tablespoons minced purple basil
2 tablespoons minced rosemary
1.5 tablespoons minced oregano
1.5 tablespoons minced sage
1 teaspoon minced thyme
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
4 cups extra-virgin olive oil
4 cups grape-seed oil
Directions
In a container add all the herbs and garlic, and then add the both grapeseed and olive oils, add the salt and pepper and stir until everything is integrated.
Recipe Note
keep in glass jar, tight sealed in the fridge; this should last for approximately 2 months, it should not be in direct contact with sunlight or air.
