Ingredients
2 cups frozen acai
1 cup coconut milk or milk substitute of choice add more as needed
½ cup frozen Banana or other frozen fruits
Bee pollen or any superfood add on (optional)
Banana
Granola
Shredded coconut
Fresh berries
nuts
Acai Mixture:
Toppings:
Directions
Place all the acai mixture ingredients into blender and secure lid.
Turn machine on low and slowly increase to High.
Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
Pour into a bowl and put on the toppings
